Hark! A new blog!

After practically giving up on this blog a long time ago I felt like I needed some sort of an outlet for anything & everything in my mind and my life has changed so much that I wanted a new blog to go with it, so here it is Dame in The 'Diff! *loud drum roll & excitable roaring crowd noises diminish in a wave of disappointment to a confused 'is that it?' silence*

I wanted something fun which referenced my new home (I vetoed Broad in The Bay...) and felt that 'Dame' was a nod to my love of noir so it fitted perfectly. I've just discovered I can make it all purple so bear with me whilst it crawls from the ashes of my obsession with that colour, hopefully to something a little bit more interesting. Again I have no idea what I want to do with it, much as I didn't when I started this one but I think now I'm more aware of the need for sharing whatever is in my mind regardless if anyone is reading or cares. It's just nice to have some sort of purpose to it all isn't it? And at times when something is playing on my mind it can be quite cathartic to get it all out & have someone challenge a view or ease my mind so a new blog it is!
